Marty M. Coyne II, Senior Business Advisor
A professional board director and senior advisor to CEOs, boards of directors, and investors, and the author of many articles on board governance issues, improving the effectiveness of CEOs, and board/CEO relationships. A director of Akamai Technologies since November 2001, he was named Lead Director in May 2003. He also serves on the boards of OpenPages and Avecia Group Plc. Prior to his retirement, the author was Executive Vice President of Eastman Kodak, as well as Chairman of the Board of Welch Allyn, and board member of Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed), where he also served on the Executive and International committees. He earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from Fordham University, his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business.
Sherrod A. Woods, Chairman & CEO
Sherrod A. Woods has nearly twenty years of biomedical engineering experience. He has designed software for the world’s largest manufacturer of Computed Tomography and MRI systems. He has authored or co-authored several Health Information Technology patents. Sherrod holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and Bachelors degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Xavier University of Louisiana and Howard University respectively.
Randy S. Sessler, President & CFO
Randy has nearly 16 years of Business Development, Finance, M&A, and Strategy experience in healthcare and other industries. Randy worked seven years for GE Healthcare in various financial, strategy and M&A leadership roles. Randy joined Eastman Kodak to lead the Strategy and M&A Group for their $2B + Health Imaging Division. He was later promoted to lead their Professional Imaging Division Finance Group and became Kodak’s youngest Divisional VP & CFO. More recently Randy was VP of Strategy & Business Development for Philips Healthcare’s Imaging Systems Business Group, and successfully led their Global CT Business Finance Group for 3.5 years as VP & CFO. Randy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in corporate strategy, finance and general management from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business.
